Abstract: Enterprise development and human development are complementary and inseparable, the corporate culture is the important links between them and can effectively promote their growth. This case describes a staff of DB, how to grow up from a general technician to be a senior manager possessing both technology and management skills in ten years, and the process from his choice , conflict, and then to the approval of corporate culture, which illustrates the impact of corporate culture on staff career development.
