Abstract: This case describes LiXianShou, the founder of ReneSola, leads the enterprise to enter the silicon wafer production area, and finally forms the vertical integration industry chain. Under the influence of the financial crisis and the PV "double reverse" investigation, ReneSola faced with problem of declining demand and overcapacity. For Li, how to determine the business center of the company, and how to control the production cost in response to crisis are the priorities to be concerned.
