Abstract: This case introduces the development of Hangzhou Luohe Information Technology Co. Ltd, we especially focus on the problems they faced at the current period that the Corporate has grow into mature. The Hangzhou Luohe Information Technology Co. Ltd is an e-commerce business which providing the trade information of chemical products, it started up in 2008, and now becomes the most biggest platform for the suppliers of chemical products all over the world. As time goes by, the increasing rate of Luohe fall down , how to make more progress come to a critical issue for the manager. This case expose the critical situations the corporate faced when they become mature, and show the importance of strategy transition and innovation of business mode.
