Abstract:The general manager Shi of TAF insurance company is trying to promote a new round of organizational change, but encountered a series of problems and contradictions, mainly manifested in the lack of staff motivation, and between the top and middle, middle and primary conflict behavior, hidden is on organizational change resistance mentality. Then caused the organizational change "pain memory", review the TAF insurance company of various reform initiatives in recent years, can see repeatedly to defeat ended, mostly failed to get the goal as scheduled. The senior management of the TAF insurance company conducted in-depth analysis about promoted the reform.
