Abstract: YL Company used to be a small firm on the verge of bankruptcy. It spent twenty years to grow into a leading enterprise in the industry of China automotive heat exchanger and successfully enter the international OEM market. After a period of rapid growth, YL Company experienced serious profit decline due to the complex reasons such as the rise of operating costs. So it became a crucial question for the top executives that how to make the appropriate strategy in order to break the development bottleneck. We attempt to use the case to conclude the pattern that YL realized development and internationalization. Also, the paper tries to figure out the factors leading to company’s recession in the new are. Finally, we would discuss the way for the firm to get out of the trouble and become even stronger.
