Abstract:After scale expansion, the Dili company presented problem about the productivity rise but profits decline. In order to enhance the technological content of products, the company decided to set up technology center, further integration of
technical functions of the original R & D and production department. Yu Zhengjiang and Ding Lianxin, Former director of production department and R & D department, Each have their strengths and weaknesses. At the same time, also involves some specific situation within the company. Company executives formed some different understanding and views, starting from their respective positions. Company CEO Ye Hongqiang was quite hesitant about the director.
