Abstract: This case described the establishment and development of DIAN Diagnostics under the new medical reform. And raise the discussion about the future development opportunities and challenges. DIAN Diagnostics is one of the leading diagnostics in China which has enjoyed a remarkable success on both revenue and profit. However, how to keep the good trend through innovation, portfolio and expansion strategy remain unclear.
