Abstract: This case describes that Wuxue Fumin Swine Raising Joint Corporation confronted with a series of problems about sustainable operation and management in the early times of development. Though it was in progress in early period, due to the influence of financial crisis on swine raising, the company was in a state of loss. After several years’ accumulation, many problems broke out over time. The whole staff
relied on Wang Huaiyou. At this very moment, should they stay the same state or change dramatically? What should Wang do?
