Abstract: This case describes the development history of Lixian Technology Co., Ltd and the risks and problems followed by the rapid growth. Lixian Technology Co., Ltd is an agent company for video conference product of Baotong Company. This kind of simplification development model makes Lixian Technology in a passive position and can only set out their strategy based on Baotong Company’s policy. Mr. Ji, the CEO of Lixian Technology, tried to take measures to pursue diversification, leading to little effect. Facing with the strategy of Baotong Company, how should Mr. Ji deal with this situation and help Lixian Technology to develop stably and healthily?
