Abstract:Project construction is a long-term achievement that involves huge amount of investment, requires competence engineering know-how and complex production system. As such, unforeseeable, random and vague work factors persist under the rapid changing situations. These factors confront to a risky environment and as a result influence the implementation and success of the project. To better minimize and shun risks in a project, deliberating risk management research is particularly vital. This case refers to "Risk Analysis on Nanjing Metropolitan Subway AFC Project "as an example, and the study on risk analysis project is established in this regard. In this case internal risks of the project and risks from stakeholder are identified, and then 20 main risk factors are listed according to problems existed in AFC Project. At last measures to solve the risk problems are proposed based on the 20 main risk factors.
