Abstract: In a period of rapid expansion, the Shangshong Company urgently need for more employees to join. The new employee turnover problem affects the normal work of the company. The human resource department of the company introduces the Buddy System from the Taiwan headquarters, In order to help new employees adapt to life as soon as possible. However, in the process of implementation of the project, there are some resist and hinder from the various departments. The Buddy System project implementation is difficulties because some people doubt and perfunctory. The company's human resources department leader Zhao Zhiming repeatedly thinking In order to better promote the project.
