Abstract: The CS Life Insurance Zhejiang Company developed quite fast when it started because united and struggling staff leaded by its CEO Xu. CEO Xu created the culture of company as “first performance” so that the company attaches great importance to the sales who work done outside the office. However, the organizational climate tend to be a deteriorating situation while the company performance was rising. The contradiction aggravated between the office staff and the outside under the rough leadership of CEO Xu, which intensified the posture that people are of different minds in the company. Quite a lot staff get their tail down and there was a departure agitation appeared in turn taking down the performance. Faced with this situation, CEO Xu who always egoistic also can’t help but introspected himself.
